In accordance with the requirements established by Law MTE 3.714/2023 and Normative Instruction GM/MTE No. 6 of September 17, 2024, and in compliance with Law No. 14.611/2023, Cox presents in Brazil the Transparency and Gender Pay Equality Report – 2nd Half of 2025.
The report has been prepared by government agencies and is based on the Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO), which is the official standard for professional classification in Brazil. For this reason, discrepancies in the information may arise when comparing individuals in the same role, and it does not accurately reflect Cox’s Compensation and Benefits Policy in Brazil. In addition, it does not take into account factors such as the application of collective bargaining agreement rates, length of service in the position and within the company, or salary conditions across different Brazilian states or trade unions.
Through its policies, Cox reaffirms its commitment to transparency and equal opportunities, regardless of racial or ethnic background, nationality, sexual orientation and gender identity, religion, opinion, age, or disability.
