Cox in Brazil releases its Report on Transparency and Equal Pay between Women and Men

  • The report is in accordance with the criteria of Decree No. 11,795, of November 23, 2023, which regulates Law No. 14,611, of July 3, 2023

We present the Report on Transparency and Equal Pay between Women and Men – 10 Semester of 2025, in accordance with the requirements established by MTE Law 3,714/2023, as well as Normative Instruction GM/MTE No. 6, of September 17, 2024, in compliance with Law No. 14,611/2023.

The report was prepared by government agencies and is based on the Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO), which is based on an existing classification standard for professions in Brazil, and may therefore present divergence of information in relation to the comparison between people in the same function, and does not accurately reflect Cox’s Compensation and Benefits Policy in Brazil, disregarding, for example, the application of collective agreements, seniority in the function and in the company, and the conditions of remuneration in the various Brazilian states, as well as in the various existing unions.
