Today Cox has received an award for the work of each one of us who are part of it. Pablo Barrasa, Director of People, oversaw collecting the award on behalf of the company. In his speech, he emphasized the team’s strong commitment to the project, as it is the people who have given it meaning, which is why they are now the focus of the organization’s management.

This award reinforces the spirit of Cox as a company that works in the search for talent and sustainability. Cox considers people to be its main asset, and it is the commitment and level of excellence of its professionals that distinguishes us in the market and drives us forward.

Four statuettes were awarded in total at the Andalusia HR Forum, which, together with Cox, went to Juan Manuel Rueda, People and Organization Expert at Bain & Company, Santiago Herrero, Director of People and Values at the San Juan de Dios Hospital Order, and Remedios Miralles, Corporate Director of People and Values at Grupo Peñarroya.

The new Human Resources Andalusia Forum at the headquarters of EOI Andalusia began with a reflection: “What is and what will be a priority in Human Resources in our companies? How to innovate in the face of talent and well-being? To provide a global response, from all areas; business, institutional and academic, among others, the meeting was attended by experts from companies such as Cepsa, Persán, Heineken, DKV, Antea, SD Worx, PerformanSe and Criteria, as well as representatives from the management of the EOI, the City Council of Seville and the Spanish Association of People Management and Development (AEDIPE).
