Cox focuses on the Middle East, North Africa and Latin America, building some of the largest desalination plants in the world, such as Taweelah in Abu Dhabi as well as plants in Saudi Arabia, Morocco and Ghana. These facilities address the growing demand for water in water-scarce regions.

Standing out among them, Taweelah is the largest reverse osmosis plant with 909,218 m³/day. Cox is also committed to sustainability, as demonstrated in Taweelah, which combines drinking water production with clean energy generation through a photovoltaic solar field, improving energy efficiency.
